One of world's largest passenger aircrafts lands at Ireland West Airport Knock

Ireland West Airport Knock has today welcomed one of the largest passenger aircrafts in the world - the Airbus A330-302.

It's the first A330 to land at the Mayo facility and follows the arrival of its big brother the Airbus A380 in February 2020.

Details outlined by the airport revealed the aircraft is:

Over 60 metres in length.

Almost 17 metres high.

The wingspan stretches for over 60 metres.

Has over 300 seats.

Can fly up to 5,650 nmi (10,500 km).
