Mcc amateur drama award 2014

MAYO County Council’s arts office is currently accepting applications for this year’s Amateur Drama Award.

The award is worth €1,000 and is assessed by an independent expert selection board (appointed by Mayo County Council) on criteria that improve the amateur drama sector in the areas of innovation, development of excellence, and quality and creativity.

All amateur drama groups based in Mayo are eligible to apply for the award and application forms are available from: The Arts Office, Mayo County Council, Áras an Chontae, Castlebar, Mayo. The closing date for receipt of applications is tomorrow (Friday). Applications received after this date will not be considered.
