CARRAIG Donn, Ireland’s premier retailer of fashion, jewellery and giftware, who have their roots in Westport, have opened four new stores in Ireland as part of a major expansion plan.

The growth of the business to 35 stores nationwide has led to the creation of 50 new jobs across the country in prime locations - Arklow, Dundalk and Waterford, and Navan. This brings the total number of employees to 450.

The stores have been launched just in time for the busy Christmas period.

Carraig Donn launched in Ireland in 1965 and has excelled through its exclusive offering of own brand fashion and homeware, alongside its commitment to Irish brands and labels.

Carraig Donn has a turnover of over €35 million per annum, and this announcement cements its place as one of the leading retailers in the country.
