The side take on Carnacon at Ballintubber at 7.30 p.m. in what is certain to be a poignant occasion.

A statement issued by the side's management team and players stated: 'We will really miss Melissa's skill, speed but, most of all, her bravery and presence on the pitch.

'We will try our very best to do Melissa, Belinda and the Patterson family proud next Saturday evening and every time we tog out for the Mitchels in the coming months and years.'
