Mayo school's flag at the Copacabana

IT'S a long way from Craggagh to the Copacabana.

But that's where a flag sent to the Rio Olympics by pupils of Craggagh National School has turned up.

The red and blue flag is 'on tour' with physio Regina Flanagan, who is volunteering with the athlete medical team. An aunt of pupils Amy and TJ McNicholas, Regina is flying the pupils' flag in Rio, with the children back home keeping an eye out for sightings.
