Large shoplift heist in Foxford - three arrested
THREE females suspected of stealing a significant quantity of baby products and grocery items in Foxford yesterday were arrested later in Ballina.
The thefts occurred at the Centra Store on Main Street, Foxford. Later a car with six people aboard, three males and three females, was stopped by gardai in Ballina.
A large quantity of grocery items, believed stolen, were seized by garda officers as well as the vehicle involved.
Three females were taken to Ballina Garda Station for questioning.
They were later released.
