Finalists announced and voting lines open for the 2017 Mayo Style Awards!

The Mayo Style Awards, organised by the Connaught Telegraph and ran in conjunction with the Breaffy House Resort, Specsavers, and associate sponsors, aim to honour local businesses in Mayo for their fashion, beauty and lifestyle.

Entries into the awards opened in June and we, the Connaught Telegraph, received a large volume of entries from top quality businesses. Businesses had the option of entering themselves, for free, into two out of our ten categories. Our independent judging panel had very tough decisions to make when shortlisting each category in order to pick their top four.

Each finalist has voting details for the public to vote & support them. The votes will help the judges decide who the winner of each category will be. The voting details can be found below. Voting starts today (Thursday 27th July) and closes Tuesday 15th August at midday. Each votes costs €1. To see T&C's of voting please scroll to the bottom.

Each of the finalists will be awarded on the night - Friday 25th August in the Breaffy House Resort- with the winner of each category being announced on the night.

The gala event at the Breaffy House Resort on Friday August 25th promises to be a stylish, glamorous affair with great excitement and surprises on the night. An award for the Overall Excellence in Style will be presented to one business on the night. There is also a prize for Best Dressed on the night.

The event is a great opportunity to get a group together and is an ideal girl's night out or for company get-togethers. As always, you are guaranteed a brilliant atmosphere, great service and attention to detail at the Breaffy House Resort.
