Deegan to officiate Mayo's clash against Tyrone

LAOIS referee Maurice Deegan has been selected to referee the Allianz National League Division One, Round 6 clash between Mayo and Tyrone in Elverys MacHale Park, Castlebar, next Sunday.

The crucial clash gets underway at 2 p.m.

Deegan officiated the All-Ireland SFC final replay in 2016 between Mayo and Dublin, a match in which Mayo goalkeeper Robert Hennelly was red-carded.

Meanwhile, Mayo will face Down in the Allianz National League 2B final on Sunday next, March 18.

The venue will Kingspan Breffni Park, Cavan, with a 1 p.m. start.

The match referee will be Gavin Quility from Kilkenny.
