TOMORROW will start off cloudy with further outbreaks of rain through the morning, heavy at times. The rain will gradually clear eastwards by afternoon with drier and brighter conditions following. Light variable winds will veer westerly as the rain clears. Highest temperatures of 17 to 19 degrees.
