Westport United overcame Ballina Town in a battle of the league's top two in a gripping battle in Belleek. Ballina opened the scoring through Fabiano who was quickest to react as Benny Lavelle’s saved penalty. Westport equalised through a penalty of their own, converted by Darren Browne. United got the crucial winner fifteen minutes before the end as Cian McAllister volleyed home substitute James McGrath's cross.

Castlebar Celtic returned to winning ways, coming from a goal down at half-time to edgeout a 2-1 win over Ballyhaunis Town. Ballyhaunis went in a goal up at the break through Shane Crinighan but a goal from debutant Davitt Neary and a penalty from Jordan Loftus within ten minutes of the second half secured a vital win for the Hoops.

On Sunday morning, Manulla moved level on points with their opponents this coming weekend Ballina Town in second place as they came from behind to beat Glenhest Rovers in the Strand going. Cormac Reilly's freekick before half-time put the 'Hest in front but two quick-fire goals midway through the second half by Sean Morrissey and Aiden Dunleavy cemented the win for the visitors.

Swinford got their first win of the season as James Devanney’s haul of four goals, in addition to a goal by Peter McNicholas, saw them beat an out-of-sorts Claremorris 5-0 while in the final Super League game, a hat trick from Nathan Reilly Doyle powered Ballyheane to a convincing win over Ballyglass, their fourth in a row.

Castlecourt Hotel Premier Division

Conn Rangers are now two points clear at the top of the Premier Division with a deserved 2-1 win over Iorras Aontaithe on Saturday evening in Mount Falcon. Joint leaders Kiltimagh/Knock United slipped up in their quest for promotion after they were held to a goalless draw by Manulla B in Carramore.

Straide & Foxford United won their fourth game in a row after putting five past Fahy Rovers, Snugboro United are still searching for their first league win of the season as Westport United B grabbed a late equaliser in United Park wand in the other Premier Division encounter, Ballina Town B returned to winning ways with a 5-1 win over local rivals Killala.

Killeen Sports Ground League One

Moy Villa remain top of League after a convincing 4-1 over Claremorris B in Attymass. Kilmore, following their win over Achill Rovers midweek, went second position after a 2-1 win at home to Partry Athletic on Sunday afternoon.In the other game in League One, the West Mayo derby between Achill Rovers and Newport/Mulranny Wanderers ended in a 2-2 draw.

CMR Fire & Security League Two

Hollister are back in the promotion race a 5-1 win over Conn Rangers B, Kiltimagh/Knock United B came from two goals down to beat Castlebar Celtic B in Celtic Park, while Westport United C netted a late winner against Crossmolina B to stay top of League Two.
