MARY SWEENEY, KNOCKMORE

Mary Sweeney (née McGowan) of Currabaggan, Knockmore and formerly of Oulogue, Foxford.

Mary predeceased by her parents John and Mary

Mary will be dearly and lovingly missed by her loving husband John and family Fergus, Shane, Declan, Adrian and Stephen, , her adored grandchildren Lauren, Lara, Aoibhe, Finn, Jamie, Lily, Alva, Nye, Jack, Willow and Ruby, her brother Michael and sisters Phyllis and Lilly, daughters in-law Sheena, Lucy, Roisin and Diane, nephews, nieces, brothers in-law, sisters in-law, relatives, neighbours, and a large circle of friends.

Funeral cortege will leave her residence on Tuesday morning at 11.30 a.m. via Currabaggan Village (Murphy’s junction) to The Church of Christ The King, Knockmore, arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 midday with the funeral proceeding to Ballinahaglish Cemetery via Currabaggan exiting at Callaghan’s Cross.

BRIAN HOBAN, CASTLEBAR

Brían Hoban, Gallows Hill and formerly of Newtown, Castlebar.

Brían (local historian) predeceased by his parents Brian and Kathleen.

Deeply regretted by his wonderful partner Caroline, his loving sister Máire O Donohoe, (Goatstown, Dublin, and Bertra, Westport), brother-in-law Séamus, nephews Séamus and Brían, nieces Nollaig and Deirdre, cousins, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at The Coady Funeral Home on Wednesday morning from 10.30 a.m. until 11.30 a.m. with removal to The Church Of The Holy Rosary Castlebar for funeral Mass at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to Castlebar New Cemetery.

BRIDIE GIBBONS, BELMULLET

Bridie Gibbons (nee Gaynard), Tallagh Road, Belmullet.

Predeceased by her husband Frank, sister Mary and brother-in-law Michael, nephew Tommy Cawley and grandnephew Tommy Cawley Junior. She will be sadly missed by her family, nephews Noel Cawley (Tallagh Road, Belmullet) and Pat Cawley (Muing, Belmullet), niece Geraldine Lavelle (Carnerock, Belmullet), grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, staff of the Aras Deirbhle Nursing Home who cared for her so well, neighbours and friends.

Removal from McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet on Tuesday evening at 6.45, with funeral cortège travelling via Tallagh Road, Muing Road, Blacksod Road and through Carnfowler enroute to the Church of the Holy Family, Carne, arriving at 7.30 approximately. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 12 noon followed by burial in Tarmoncarra Cemetery.

EUGENE DALTON, CLAREMORRIS

Eugene Dalton, Kilbeg, Claremorris.

Eugene will be sadly missed by his heartbroken wife Eileen, his sons; Eugene, Eamon, Michael and Shane, daughters; Carmel and Orla, grandchildren; Roisin, Eoghan, Caoimhe, Molly, Lucy, Neala, Matthew, Doireann and Hanorah, daughters-in-law Brenda. Louise. Marguerite and Gillian, son-in-law Darren, brothers; Paddy and Tony his sisters; Marian and Ann, sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces. nephews, relatives neighbours and his wide circle of friends and his Corrib Oil Family.

Eugene's remains will leave his family home on Tuesday at 12:30 ( via Ballyhaunis Rd) to arrive at St Colmans Church for Funeral Mass at 1 o' clock with burial afterwards in Ballinasmalla Cemetery.

Eugene's Mass will be streamed live on YouTube - Claremorris Church Live or listen on Claremorris Church radio 106fm.

SALLY QUEENAN, BALLINA

Sally Queenan (née McLoughlin), Ballina.

Beloved wife of the late Edward Queenan, much loved mother of Christopher, Mary and Paulina and sister of Evelyn. Sadly missed by her daughter-in-law Anne, son-in-law Nicholas, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.

In accordance with Government regulations, the Funeral Mass will take place in St. Muredach’s Cathedral on Wednesday, May 19, at 1.30 p.m. Burial afterwards in Leigue Cemetery, Ballina.

May the souls of the deceased rest in peace.

Sympathy is extended to the bereaved families on their loss.
