Anglers on alert after theft of outboard engine from Lough Mask shed

Gardai in Mayo are investigating the theft of a Yamaha outboard engine from a shed near Lough Mask.

The incident occurred at Treen, Tourmakeady, between May 9 and 11 last.

A break-in to a mobile home took place at the location before the engine was stolen from an adjacent shed.

The engine is eight horsepower and red and black in colour.
