Cyril Gibbons, Shammer, Kilkelly, on October 12th 2021. Peacefully at UCH Galway.

Predeceased by his parents John and Margaret, Belcarra and his sister Sally. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Mary, sons John, Michael, Harris, Marc, Carl and Alex, brother Bernard and sister Pat (Fitzmaurice), grandchildren, daughters in law, nieces, nephews, neighbours, relatives and many friends.

Reposing at The Marian Funeral Home, Knock on Thursday, 14 October, from 4 o'clock until 7 o'clock. Funeral arriving to St. Celsus Church, Kilkelly on Friday, October 15, for Mass at 12 o'clock. TOM LYONS, HOLLYMOUNT

Tom Lyons, Lissatava, Hollymount. Died peacefully at Mayo University Hospital.

Predeceased by his brother Sean, Tom will be sadly missed by his loving wife Bernie, daughter Mairead and son Tony, granddaughters Lauren and Ayla, brother Oliver (Oranmore) sisters-in-law Peg, Frances and Kathleen Reddington, nephew and nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May he Rest in Peace.

Tom’s will repose at his home on Thursday from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. Funeral cortège will leave his home on Friday at 10.30 a.m. and arrive at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Roundfort for Funeral Mass at 11o.c with burial afterwards in Roundfort Cemetery, Hollymount.

Tom’s Funeral Mass will be live streamed on Roundfort, Robeen, Carras Facebook page.

BRIDGET ANNE GARNER, KILMOVEE

Bridget Anne (Bea) Garner (née Rushe), The Railway, Hale, Cheshire and, Kilmovee. Peacefully at home on October 10. Whilst Fortified By The Rites Of Holy Mother Church surrounded by her loving family and formerly of Kilmovee and The Railway, Hale, Cheshire.

Bea will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her heartbroken family, her husband Norman, sons Ian and Alan, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, her brothers Patrick (Ballaghadereen) and Eamonn (Kilmovee) and all her extended family and friends.

Bea will arrive for Requiem Mass at St. Vincent’s R.C. Church, Altrincham, Cheshire on Tuesday, October 19, at 12.15 p.m. followed by a private cremation at The Altrincham Crematorium.

TOM TUFFY, CASTLEBAR

Tom Tuffy, 12th October 2021, Lightford, Castlebar, peacefully in the care of the staff of Cuan Chaitriona Nursing Home, surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his wife Madeline, brothers Fr. Edward and John, sister Bridie and baby Mary. Deeply regretted by his loving family, daughters Anne- Marie, Maisie and Tina, sons Tommy and Shay, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, niece, nephews, sister-in-law, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Belcarra Community Centre on Thursday at 5 p.m., with removal at 7 p.m. to his residence in Lightford. Removal from his residence on Friday morning at 11.15 a.m., for Funeral Mass at 12 noon in St. Anne’s Church, Belcarra, followed by burial afterwards in Guesdian Cemetery, Belcarra.

RICHARD CAHILL, SHRULE

The death has occurred of Richard (Dick) Cahill, Cloonbanane, Shrule, on Monday, October 11, peacefully at Mayo University Hospital.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Marie, daughters Edel and Elayne, son Richard, grandchildren Shauna, Lauryn, Beth, Robyn, Lee, Ruth and Timmy, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, sisters Teresa Murphy and Dell O' Connell and brothers Sean, Jarlath and Patsy.

Reposing at his home on Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. for family and friends only. Removal from his home on Thursday morning at 11:30 a.m. for 12 o' clock Mass in St. Joseph's Church, Shrule with burial afterwards in Shrule Cemetery.

Mary Conway (née Staunton), Rosbeg, Westport, and late of Derrycoosh, Islandeady.

Predeceased by her husband Micksie, sons Michael, Michael Gerard, daughter Marita, sister Kathleen McEvilly, brothers Pat, Joe, Peter and Owen.

Gertrude (Gertie) Gallagher (née O'Leary), Royal Oak Road, Bagenalstown, Carlow, and Mayo.

Peacefully in her 100th year, in the wonderful care of the management and staff of Beechwood Nursing Home Leighlinbridge, she will be sadly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her, Gertie will be very fondly remembered by her grandnephew, grandniece, and her many friends.

Predeceased by her husband Ivan. Beloved mother of Michael (Galway), Ivan (Ballina), Deidre (Ballina), Peter (Dublin), Niall (Claremorris), Orla (Ballina) and Brian (Dublin).
