JAMES GLACKEN, BONNICONLON

James (better known as Jimmy) Glacken, Carracrum, Bonniconlon. Peacefully, at his residence.

Predeceased by his parents, his sister Breege Hegarty and his brother Marty. Jimmy, former Mayo County Councillor, deeply regretted and dearly missed by his wife Maureen, his children Mary, Breda (Melvin), Séamus, Geraldine (Maguire), Catherine and Éilish, his sister Loretta Farrell, daughter-in-law Tracey, sons-in-law David, Mike and Ryan, his adored grandchildren Ava, Hannah, Emma, James, Isabelle, Conor and Seán, his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces and a wide circle of family and friends.

Reposing at Gallagher’s Funeral Home, Bonniconlon, on Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. Please respect Covid-19 guidelines including wearing of face coverings.

Removal from his residence on Friday morning to the Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Bonniconlon, to arrive for Requiem Mass at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Bonniconlon Cemetery.

MARY BERNDAETTE KELLY, FOXFORD

Mary Bernnadette Kelly (née Duffy), Lake Road, Pontoon, Foxford. Peacefully at her residence in the loving care of her daughter and family.

Predeceased by her parents Martin and Mary Duffy. Deeply regretted and dearly missed by her heartbroken and loving daughter Sarah, brothers Gerald and his wife Phil, Pascal and his wife Mary, nieces and nephews, Sandra, Caroline, Gerard, Imelda, Adrian, Declan and Deirdre, friends relatives and neighbours.

Reposing at McGowan's Funeral Home, Ballina on Friday evening from 5 p.m. with removal at 6:30 p.m. to Church of Christ the King, Knockmore arriving at 7 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection on Saturday morning at 11 a.m. with burial afterwards to Ballinahaglish Cemetery, Knockmore.

NORA MANNION, LOUISBURGH

Nora Mannion (née Shaughnessy), Longwood Ave., South Circular Road, Dublin native of Killyan, Newbridge, Co. Galway, November 23, 2021; Peacefully in the superb and loving care of the staff of Mill Lane Manor Nursing Home, Naas.

Loving wife of the late Anthony (formerly Killadoon, Louisburgh). Deeply mourned and sadly missed by her loving nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, grand- nephews and nieces, extended Shaughnessy and Mannion Families and many friends.

May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Nora will lie in repose at Sweeney's Funeral Home, Louisburgh on Friday from 7 p.m., concluding with prayers at 8 p.m. for family & friends, followed by removal to the Church of the Holy Family, Killeen. Mass of the Resurrection on Saturday at 12 noon followed by interment beside her late husband Anthony, in the adjoining cemetery.

PATRICK VARLEY, SHRULE

The death has occurred of Patrick (Paddy) Varley, Mochara, Shrule.

Predeceased by his brothers Mikeo and Johnny. Sadly missed by his nephew John, niece Ann, his grandnephews Eoin, Noel,Nicholas and Conor, all his neighbours and friends.

JOHN LUDDEN, MULRANNY

John Ludden, Old Railpark Lane, Maynooth, Co. Kildare and late of Rosturk, Mulranny, November 19, 2021, peacefully, at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown.

Beloved brother of the late Tommy. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Margaret, daughters Teresa, Clare and Fiona, sons-in-law Francisco and Danny, grandsons Lorcan and Sean, brother Michael (Birmingham), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

John will be reposing at Oliver Reilly's Funeral Home, Leinster St., Maynooth, on Tuesday from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. with prayers at 7 p.m. Removal from the Funeral Home on Wednesday morning at approx. 11 a.m. to arrive at St. Mary's Church, Maynooth, for 11.30 a.m. Funeral Mass, followed by cremation in Newlands Cross Crematorium. Those who would like to line the route, may do so in a safe and socially distanced manner.
