MICHAEL BANE, IRISHTOWN

Michael (Gerry) Bane (Eccles, Manchester and formerly Knockadoon, Irishtown in the care of the staff at Salford Royal Hospital.

Sadly missed by his children Darren and Alan, grandchildren, brothers, sister, daughters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Funeral service followed by cremation will take place in Peel Green Crematorium, Manchester at 2.20 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28.

Memorial mass will take place in The Church of the Holy Family, Irishtown at 12 on Saturday, July 9.

MAIREAD PATTEN, NEWPORT

Mairead (Margaret) Patten, Barrack Hill, Newport and formerly of Mewillian, Curraun, Achill - peacefully after a short illness very bravely borne at Beaumont Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her mum and dad, brothers Vindy and John, sister Bridget, nephews Christopher and Mark and niece Lisa. Sadly missed by her loving sons Jason and Craig, daughters-in-law Aine and Robin, brother Charlie and sisters Kathleen and Nina. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Rachel, Fergus, William, JD, Conor and Darragh. Also sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, many cousins, a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Casadh an Taoille, Currane on Saturday evening from 5 o’clock with removal at 7 o’clock to Our Lady Queen of the Universe Church, Currane. Funeral Mass on Sunday morning at 10 o’clock followed by removal to Lakelands Crematorium for Cremation at 4 o’clock.
