ANTHONY DUFFY, KILLALA

Anthony (Tony) Duffy, Rathcash, Killala, peacefully at Galway University Hospital surrounded by his loving family following a long illness borne with great courage and dignity.

Deeply regretted by his heartbroken wife Marian, daughter Karen (Drury, Collooney), son Cathal, adored grandsons Mark, Dylan and Jordan, son-in-law Patrick, daughter-in-law Michelle, extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Lynn's funeral home, Killala on Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. Mass in St. Patrick's Church, Killala on Thursday at 1 p.m., followed by burial in Killala cemetery.

ROMA GERAGHTY, WESTPORT

Roma Geraghty (née Maher), Sheeaune, Westport, and late of Davitts Terrace, Westport.

Predeceased by her husband Paddy Joe.

Roma will be sadly missed by her sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at St. Aidan's Room adjoining St. Patrick's Church, Islandeady on Tuesday from 7 p.m. with removal to Church at 8 p.m. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with burial afterwards in Kilmaclasser Cemetery via Sheeaune.

EMMELIA MCHUGH, BALLINDINE

Emmelia McHugh (nee Crowe), Mountain, Ballindine and formerly Pulbawn, Hollymount. Peacefully, following long illness, borne with great dignity and courage.

Predeceased by her parents John and Ena Crowe, brother PJ and sister Judy Mitchell. She will be sadly missed by her loving family, her husband Kieran, sons Darren and Karl, daughter Ceara and her partner Kevin Hughes, daughter-in-law Maria, adored grandchildren Aaron, Lisa, Kate and Ava, sister Mary, brothers Sean and Albert, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing in Carey's Funeral Home Ballindine on Tuesday evening from 6 p.m. with removal at 8 p.m. to St Joseph's Church Ballindine. Funeral mass on Wednesday morning at 11 a.m. followed by cremation in Shannon Crematorium .

KATHLEEN MURPHY, BALLINA

Kathleen Murphy (née Bourke), Slievenagark, Knockanillaun, Ballina. Peacefully at her residence.

Predeceased by her husband Stephen, brothers Padraic and Joe, sister Breege. Kathleen, sadly missed by her sons Kevin, Stephen, Patrick and David, daughters Helen, Ann, Catherine, Eimear and Sandra, brothers Tom and Martin, sisters May, Nora and Evelyn, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at McGowan's Funeral Home, Ballina on Wednesday evening from 5 p.m. with removal at 6:30 p.m. to Church of our Lady of the Assumption, Ardagh, arriving at 7 p.m. Requiem Mass on Thursday morning at 11 a.m. with funeral proceeding to Leigue Cemetery, Ballina.

MARY SHEVLIN, BELMULLET

Mary Shevlin (née Lynskey), 22 Fr Mulhern Cresent, Church Road, Belmullet, and formerly of Binghamstown, Belmullet peacefully at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her parents James and Mary and her brother Paddy. Beloved wife of Tony and dear mother of P.J., Mick, Tony, Mary and Geraldine. She will be sadly missed by her heartbroken family, daughters-in-law Bernie and Fiona, sons-in-law Colm and Russell, grandchildren Tracey, Tara, Bernadette, Patricia, Niall, Dónal, Conn, Clodagh, Killian and Oisín, great-grandchildren Luke and Ben, sisters Breege, Evelyn, Síle, Peggy, Teresa and Florence, brother Michael, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Remains reposing at McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet on Tuesday evening from 5 until 6.30 p.m. with funeral arriving at the Church of the Sacred Heart, Belmullet at 7.30 p.m. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 12 noon followed by burial in Cross Cemetery.

FIONAN QUINN, BALLINA

Fionan Quinn, Columbus, Ohio, U.S.A. and formerly of Garracloon, Cloghans, Ballina, passed away peacefully at the Select Speciality Hospital in Ohio, U.S.A.

Predeceased by his wife Patti, parents Liam and Mary Ellen Quinn (née Clarke) and brother Liam Tiernan (Galway).

Deeply regretted by his son Billy, daughter-in-law Erica, sister Maire (Lee) in London, brothers Seamus in Longford, Gerry in Cleveland Ohio, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral will take place at a later date.
