Martina scores again in Mayo GAA club lotto with €20,500 jackpot win

A Mayo woman is continuing her winning ways in GAA lotteries.

Martina Krupova, a native of the Czech Republic now residing in Ballyhaunis, has scooped top prize of €20,500 in the weekly draw run by Breaffy GAA Club.

It is the largest ever payout by the club in prize money.

Martina, who collected the handsome cheque from club officers last week, has a habit of taking a small gamble when it comes to GAA Lotto draws and it’s paying off for her.

Two years ago she scooped €800 in the weekly GAA 50/50 draw run by the local GAA club in her adopted Ballyhaunis.

Martina’s winning number selection in the Breaffy draw was 4, 18, 27 and 35.

She submitted the winning combination online, paying a modest €5 wager.

Breaffy GAA Lotto has been running since the year 2000 and in that time has raised hundreds of thousands of euro which have been used for club development purposes.
