Mayo Under 17 hurling panel selected for Celtic Challenge

The Mayo Under 17 hurling management have named their panel for the 2023 Celtic Challenge.

Westport's Conor Ketterick will captain the squad, with Lucas Kenny of Castlebar Mitchels named as vice-captain for the year ahead.

In total there are seven Mayo GAA clubs represented across the panel – Ballina Stephenites, Ballyvary, Caiseal Gaels, Castlebar Mitchels, Claremorris, Tooreen and Westport.

Meanwhile, Brian Finn’s management team for the year consists of Billy McGhee (Ballyvary) and Dave Ketterick (Westport).

First up for the Under 17 hurlers is a clash with Kildare on Saturday week (April 8) at 12 noon in Kildare.
