Nora Mellett (née O'Gara), Drishaghuan, Ballyglass, Claremorris.
Predeceased by her husband Joe, son Gerald, and brothers John and Jim O'Gara.
Nora was deeply loved and will be sadly missed by sons, Michael (Balla), Henry (Ballyglass), Oliver (Ballyglass) and John (Castlebar), daughters, Mary Mannion-(Galway), Kathleen Sheridan (Castlebar), Helen Jennings (Castlebar), Reina Prendergast (Mayo Abbey) and Carmel Bolster (Castlebar) daughters-in-law, Pauline, Mary, Sarah and Ann Marie, sons-in-law Patrick Mannion, Michael Sheridan, Padraic Jennings and Pat Prendergast, sister-in-law Marie O'Gara.
Nora's adoring grandchildren, (Louise, Helen), (Daniel and mother Geraldine Casey), (Rebecca, Amy, Evan), (Owen, Keith, Meave, Olivia), (Nicole, Roy, Clodagh), (Ronan, Daniel, Deborah, Brian), (Rachel, Colum, Ruth), (Connor, James, and their father Douglas Bolster) and her great-Granddaughter Daisy.
Reposing at Balla funeral home from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, February 19 with removal from her home on Tuesday, February 20 for funeral mass at midday in the Church of our Lady Queen of Peace and St Gerald, Mayo Abbey. Burial afterwards in the local cemetery.
MICHAEL MULLEN, CASTLEBAR
Michael Mullen, Rathbawn Drive, Castlebar.
Deeply regretted by his loving wife Deirdre, brother Tim, sister Maureen, sisters-in-law Emer, Margaret and Anniemaye, brothers-in-law Diarmuid and Ciaran, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Michael will repose at Coady’s Funeral home on Tuesday, February 20 from 5.30 p.m. with removal at 7 p.m. to The Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar.
Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 11.30 a.m. followed by burial afterwards in Castlebar Old Cemetery.
DELL DERRIG, SHRULE
Dell Derrig (Bridget) (née Kyne), Gurteen, Shrule.
Predeceased by her husband Padraig Derrig, grandsons Fergal and Aaron, brothers Paddy and Junior Kyne and sister Mary Crampton.
Deeply regretted by sons and daughters Mary Derrig (Craughwell), Freda Gray (Shrule), Anthony Derrig (Shrule), John Derrig (Shrule), Bridget Murphy (Ballinrobe) and Loretta Heaney (Claremorris). Also regretted by sons-in-law Sean, Martin and Michael, and daughters-in-law Anne and Caroline, 29 grandchildren and her great-grandchildren, sister Freda Davey (Manchester) and brother Tim Kyne (Shrule), her sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends and neighbours.
Dell will be reposing at Cradock's Funeral Home, Shrule on Sunday evening from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. with removal afterwards to her home.
Removal from her home for Requiem Mass on Monday at 12 noon in St Joseph’s Church, Shrule.
Burial afterwards in Donaghpatrick Cemetery.
