Saturday sport: Errigal Ciarán and Cuala advance to All-Ireland final, Munster behind against Saracens

Errigal Ciaran needed extra time to book their spot in the final of the All Ireland senior club football championship.

A goal from Joe Oguz was enough to see them past a resolute Dr Crokes by 2-18 to 1-18 in Newbridge.

The Canavan brothers, Ruairi and Darragh scored 1-13 of their 2-18 total.

The second semi final between Dublin champions Cuala and Coolera-Strandhill of Sligo is underway.

They're into the second half where it's Cuala 0-07 Coolera 0-02.

Soccer

Brentford suffered a shock 1-nil defeat to Championship strugglers Plymouth in the third round of the FA Cup.

They're the only Premier League side to experience an early exit so far today.

Leicester beat QPR 6-2, Chelsea thrashed Morecambe 5-nil and Liverpool won 4-nil against Accrington Stanley.

Bournemouth came back from a goal down to get past West Brom 5-1 and Brighton triumphed 4-nil at Norwich.

Nottingham Forest were 2-nil winners against Luton.

There's a derby clash this evening as Manchester City are taking on Salford City with that one just underway.

Celtic scored two late goals to make it a comfortable 4-1 win at Ross County in the Scottish Premiership.

The defending champions now have an 18-point lead at the top of the table.

Manager Brendan Rodgers says his team showed a great mentality, especially after half-time.

Munster are hoping to get their Champions Cup campaign back on track this evening.

They've welcomed Saracens to Thomond Park where it's Munster 3 Saracens 9 so far.
