Gardaí investigating fatal crash

A GARDA investigation is continuing this morning following a fatal crash last night.

A woman died following a collision between a car and a tractor on the N60 between Balla and Claremorris at around 9 p.m. at Brize, close to the former Beaten Path.

A technical examination of the scene is continuing this morning and the road is expected to remain closed to traffic for some hours.
