The Mayo ladies senior management have announced a strong 15 for their Lidl Ladies National Football League Division One clash with Tipperary in Swinford Amenity Park on Sunday at 2 p.m.

Eight of the team that featured in the 2018 National League final against Dublin in Parnell Park last May - namely Nicola O'Malley, Danielle Caldwell, Clodagh McManamon, Sinead Cafferkey, Niamh Kelly, Fiona Doherty, Rachel Kearns and Grace Kelly - are included in the side to face Tipperary this Sunday.

Although there are some new newcomers to the Mayo line-up, it is nevertheless a very experienced team and one which should prove too strong for Tipperary, who were relegated to the intermediate grade last season.

The Mayo starting team is: L. Brennan, N. O’Malley, R. Flynn, D. Caldwell, K. Sullivan, Ciara McManamon, N. Moran, Clodagh McManamon, D. Finn, S. Cafferky, E. Needham, N. Kelly, F. Doherty, R. Kearns, G. Kelly.
