Mayo star making real madrid breakthrough

RISING soccer sensation John Joe Finn is excelling with Real Madrid youths' side.

His dad, John, who hails from Ballyhaunis in Mayo, says he is delighted with his son's progress in recent months and has great hope of young John Joe being a star of the future for Real Madrid.

John Joe, who signed for the Spanish giants three years ago, has just turned 12 years of age. He is the first Irish player to sign for the club.
