Decent weather promised for the All-Ireland SFC final

SUNDAY promises to be a mainly dry day with sunny spells.

According to Met. Eireann, a few showers are likely in the north and east and there will still be a cool northerly breeze.

But it be milder generally with highest temperatures 15 to 17 degrees as winds drop light. It will be clear and cool Sunday night. 

That's good news for those travelling to the match as well as those planning to watch the live screening at Hoban's car park, Main Street in Castlebar.

Monday will be a dry day with sunny spells and temperatures of 14 to 17 degrees in light breezes. 

Tuesday and Wednesday will be mild and mainly dry with temperatures in the mid to high teens as southerly winds develop.
