'Queen of the Lakes' in Mayo Rose finals

MAYO ROSE CONTESTANT NO. 8: SARAH QUINN, BALLINROBE

Sarah Quinn is a 19-year-old student from Ballinrobe.

She is currently in her first year at NUI Galway where she received a sports scholarship as a result of her many achievements in athletics and is studying Global Commerce.

Sarah is the current Queen of The Lakes and has had an amazing year so far with her title. She loves to get involved in her community and is also secretary of Ballinrobe Community Games.

She is regularly involved with the Look Good Feel Better organisation which holds workshops in hospitals around Ireland to help women deal with the visual effects of cancer.
