Gardaì investigating Newport burglary

GARDAÌ in Mayo are investigating a burglary in Newport.

Thieves broke into Kelly's Kitchen restaurant in the town centre yesterday morning and left with a sum of cash.

They gained access to the premises via the front door.

Gardaì in Westport have issued an appeal for witnesses.
