Passing of young Castlebar mother is widely mourned

THE death has taken place of Angela McConway (née Chambers), Lough Lannagh House, Castlebar, and late of Islandeady, Castlebar.

In her late 30s, Angela's passing, following a courageous battle against illness, has cast a shadow of sorrow and loss across the community.

A much-loved personality, she is very deeply regretted by her husband Gene, sons Cian and Dylan, parents Tom and Margaret, brothers Thomas, Eddie, Martin and Stephen, sisters Maureen and Pamela, mother-in-law Kathleen, father-in-law Tom, aunts, uncles, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends, to whom deepest sympathy is tendered.

Her remains will be reposing at her residence (Lough Lannagh House, Mountain View/Old Westport Road, Castlebar) on Saturday evening from 5 until 8 p.m. with removal on Sunday at 12.30 p.m. from her residence to St. Patrick's Church, Islandeady, for Requiem Mass at 2 p.m..

Burial takes place afterwards in Castlebar New Cemetery.
