THE following are the Mayo death and funeral notices for Sunday, July 14.

Tom Gleeson, Claremorris

Tom Gleeson, formerly of Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey, died peacefully at The Claremount Nursing Home, Claremorris.

He was predeceased by his brothers Bill (London) and Paddy (Claremorris), sisters Margaret (Aylesbury) and Nellie (Claremorris) and will be sadly missed by his sister-in-law Mary, niece, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Reposing at Gilligan’s Funeral Home, Market Square, Claremorris, on Monday evening from 6 p.m. with removal at 8 p.m. to St Colman’s Church, Claremorris.

Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 1 p.m. with burial afterwards in Ballinasmalla Cemetery.

 

Chris Haran, Charlestown

Chris Haran, Tavneena, Charlestown, peacefully at his home.

He is sadly missed by his wife Lynda, daughters Megan and Katie, son Blane, brother Tom, grandchilderen, in-laws, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Chris will repose at his home on Monday evening from 4 to 8 p.m.

Removal on Tuesday to St. James' Church, Charlestown, for Funeral Mass at 12 o clock followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

 

Fr. Joe Naughton, Breaffy

Fr. Joe Naughton, C.Ss.R., St. Alphonsus Road, Dundalk, and formerly of Breaffy.

He is deeply regretted by his sisters Eileen Molloy and Margaret Naughton, nephews Joe, Brian, Padraig and Owen, nieces Helen and Barbara, extended family relatives and friends, The Redemptorist Community and Confreres.

Reposing at the Monastery St. Alphonsus Road, Dundalk, from Monday at 10 a.m. with removal on Monday evening to St. Joseph's Redemptorist Church for Recessional Prayers at 6.30 p.m..

Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 12 noon followed by burial in St. Patrick's Cemetery Dundalk.

 

John Murphy, Pullathomas

John Murphy, Aughoose, Pullathomas, Pullathomas, Ballina, and formerly of Brookvale Manor Nursing Home, Ballyhaunis.

He will be sadly missed by his brothers Albert (Aughoose), Charlie and Kevin, sisters Mary, Valerie, Pauline Gertrude and Sally.brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Remains reposing at St Francis Western Care, 31 The Curragh, Castlebar, on Monday from 3 o'clock until 6 o'clock.

Removal at 6.30 p.m. to Christ The King Church, Aughoose, arriving at 8 o'clock.

Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Pullathomas Cemetery.
