Lush Hair and Therapy Castlebar

Lush Hair Therapy, Moneen, Castlebar is run by Tara Flynn, previously a lecturer at the Connacht College of Hairdressing.

She describes Lush as a unisex professional and remedial hair service and their advice is – invest in your hair, it is the crown you never take off. Tara opened the business three years ago and now employs six people.

Lush is a combination of a hair salon, a hair replacement service and a hair extensions service. They stock premier brands Wella, Olaplex and Nioxin as well as the new AlfaParf scalp range. They provide a free consultation service for customers undergoing hair loss.

The Nioxin Nio-Cam gives a microscopic camera view of the scalp so they can gauge the correct course of treatment and monitor its progress.

Tara ensures all staff undergo continuous training to keep everyone motivated and the passion for hairdressing alive.
