Mayo coffee shop not reopening due to Covid restrictions

The Galway Roast Coffee Shop, Shamble Street, Castlebar, has announced it is not reopening.

A statement issued by the business stated: "It's with a heavy heart that we have to tell you all that due to restrictions and social distancing we can’t reopen the Castlebar cafe.

"This is a very difficult decision but the business is just not viable in the current environment.

"We would like to thank you all for your support and especially our hard working staff.

"So all that is left to say is  goodbye for now and stay safe."
