Mayo's Danceworld awarded All-Ireland Business All-Star Accreditation

MAYO'S Danceworld is celebrating its 20th anniversary and the celebrations have just got even bigger.

Danceworld has been awarded the coveted All-Ireland Business All-Star Accreditation.

Founder and creative director, Áine Egan from Ballina and her team at Danceworld, have been very busy over the last eight weeks working with the All-Ireland Business Foundation to achieve the Business All-Star Accreditation Certificate.

This accreditation is an outstanding achievement and recognises Danceworld's hard work and dedication in providing an outstanding service to all their customers in Mayo and the Connaught region.

Business All-Star accredited companies are defined as progressive, home-grown Irish businesses which meet the highest standards of verified performance, trust and customer centricity. It's an independently verified standard mark for indigenous businesses, based on rigorous selection criteria.

The accreditation is overseen by the prestigious All-Ireland Business Foundation, whose adjudication panel is chaired by Dr. Briga Hynes of the Kemmy Business School at the University of Limerick and Kieran Ring, CEO of the Global Institute of Logistics. This accreditation, according to Dr. Hynes, supports thousands of small businesses that operate on their own highest of standards but have no process of regulation, certification and standards of best practice decree.

Over 350 businesses hold this prestigious accreditation award and Danceworld have now been honoured with this coveted All-Star award recognising them as irrefutably belonging among the best businesses in the country.

On receiving this award, Ms. Egan expressed her delight and gratitude: “The Danceworld team and I are incredibly proud and humbled to be recipients of this exceptional Business All-Star Accreditation. Humble beginnings and difficult challenges are the foundation of every great accomplishment and this statement speaks volumes to us at Danceworld.

“I started Danceworld with a passion and I turned it into a business, and this is one of the greatest achievements of my life.

“Throughout our 20 years of business, we have strived to give all our customers the best and the best has always come back to us in abundance. We are so grateful and want to thank each and every one of our parents/guardians and superstar students for their continued support of Danceworld.

“We look forward to continuing on our journey with you all for another 20 years. Thank you.”
