THE following are today’s Mayo death and funeral notices.

JOSEPH HARTE, BALLINA

Monsignor Fachtna Joseph Harte, Orlando Florida and formerly of Moneen, Kincon, Ballin.

Deeply regretted by all who knew him, especially by his sisters Ann Jackson, Douglas, Cork and Monica Fitzgerald, Dartry, Dublin, brothers-in-law, Jim Fitzgerald and Liam Holland, Rathfarnham, Dublin, sister-in-law Mary, Moneen. Very sadly missed by nephews, nieces, grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandnephews and nieces, and his wide circle of friends in Ireland and America. Monsignor is predeceased by his parents Timothy and Elizabeth (née O'Neill), his brothers Aidan and Enda, his sisters Ita, Sr. Columbiére (Maeve) and Carmel.

Monsignor Fachtna’s remains will repose at the home of his nephew Aidan Harte, Bellasallagh, Kincon, Ballina, on Sunday evening, August 2. Requiem Mass will take place Monday, August 3 at 11 a.m. in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Kincon, Ballina, followed by burial in Rathfran Cemetery.

BRÍD EGAN, CROSS

Bríd Egan (née Walsh) Castletown, Cross and formerly of Millpark, Claran, Headford.

Recently predeceased by her beloved husband Peter. Also predeceased by her sister Nora O’Connell and brothers Patsy, Tom and Martin.

She will be deeply missed by her heartbroken family - daughters Mary, Anita, Louise and Serena, sons Declan and Peter, sons-in-law Jeff, Nigel and Shane, daughters-in-law Kathy and Triona and adored grandchildren. Dear sister of Maura O’Connell (Connecticut), Jim (Dublin) John-Joe (Kinlough), Frank (Surrey), sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Requiem Mass on Saturday, August 1, at 11:00 a.m. in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Cross with funeral proceeding to Cong Abbey Cemetery.

TERESA REILLY, BALLYHAUNIS

Teresa Reilly (née Sweeney) Carton North, Tooreen, Ballyhaunis.

Predeceased by her husband Sonny. Deeply regretted by her loving family, her sons Sean and Dom, her daughters Betty and Mary, sons-in-law Declan and Sean, daughters-in-law Jessica and Nancy, her adored nine grandchildren, her brother Pat [Canada], nieces, nephews, carers, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Donnellan's Funeral Home, Clare Street, Ballyhaunis, for family and close friends, from 11 a.m. Saturday morning. Removal at 12.30 p.m. to arrive to St Mary's Church, Tooreen, for Funeral Mass at 1pm, with burial afterwards in Aghamore Cemetery.

May the gentle souls of the deceased rest in peace.

Angelo Doherty, The Moorings, The Quay, and late of Market Sq, Ballina.

Predeceased by his parents Eugene and Nellie. Beloved husband of Phil and much loved father of Angela Hennigan (The Quay), Jacinta Dorahy (Brisbane, Australia), Edel (Killala Rd, ) and Aisling McHale (Knockmore), most special grandchildren Carmel, Ronan, Michael and Cara, his dear sister Mary Galvin, sons-in-law Michael, Steve, Mark and Edel's partner Lauren, extended family, nephews, nieces, cousins, close friends and neighbours, he will be sadly missed by many.

May the souls of the deceased rest in peace.
