Final push to reach the #Move4MayoCamogie campaign target

There has been a great response to the #Move4MayoCamogie campaign so far this month, with coaches running on mountain trails, wheelie bin challenges, family walks, cycles and so much more activity all around the county!

The organisers are now asking everyone to stay active by moving for 2,021 seconds (just under 34 minutes) each day, or as often as they can, for the remaining days of January.

The campaign has reached the final few days and needs your help to reach its fundraising target.

With this campaign, Mayo Camogie are hoping to raise funds to not only support club and county players to grow and develop, but also to support the great work of a charity that's important to all of us as 15% of all monies raised through the #Move4MayoCamogie campaign will be given to the National Breast Cancer Research Institute (NBCRI).

You can run, walk, cycle, jog, skip, play games, practice skills – whatever you want to do! The important thing is to get moving.

Support the #Move4MayoCamogie campaign by giving whatever you can to www.idonate.ie/move4mayocamogie2021 or share the link with those who might donate in support of your activity. You don’t have to be a player or even connected to a club to get involved as this initiative is for everyone.

With four active clubs and county teams from Under 14 up to adult level, camogie is a growing sport in Mayo.
