Join Ashford Castle’s head chef this Pancake Tuesday

TO celebrate Pancake Tuesday, Ashford Castle’s head chef, Philippe Farineau, will be hosting the ultimate pancake cooking demonstration to mark the much-loved occasion.

Taking place this evening (Tuesday) at 6 p.m., Ashford Castle invites you to join in on the action as Philippe hosts a live cooking demo on Instagram that will see him whip up French style savoury pancakes with spinach and Crepe Suzette.
