Dog fouling billboard campaign is launched across Mayo

A dog fouling billboard campaign has been launched across Mayo.

They have been put in display at locations in Castlebar, Claremorris and Westport as well as at the bus shelter in Ballina.

A4 corriboard signs of the campaign have also been distributed by Mayo County Council to litter wardens and concerned community groups.

A social media campaign, promoting the message: "Your Dog, Your Responsibility" and "Bag it and Bin it", is also currently being run by the council.
