Get the lowdown on the role of a centre in rugby

The Inside Track series with Connacht Rugby and totalhealth Prozone continues tomorrow (Monday, March 15) at 7 p.m.

This series is aimed at all youth club and school players, boys and girls.

This week, Connacht Rugby’s Tom Daly and Sammy Arnold will give an insight into the role of a centre in both attack and defence and how the role has evolved, with attention given to how they develop their skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity for young players to get position-specific knowledge from two professional players.
