Proposal for electric bins at popular Mayo lakeside walk

A REQUEST for electric bins to be installed at Lough Lannagh in Castlebar has again been made by local Councillor Donna Sheridan.

There seems to be quite an amount of rubbish at certain times and she felt the area would really benefit from having the bins.

With funding, they would be a great addition if extended throughout the town.
