New Castlebar housing scheme gets the go-ahead

A housing development has been given the go-ahead in Castlebar.

TML Properties Limited has been granted permission by Mayo County Council for the project at Cherrington Place, Springfield, in the town.

The scheme comprises of a street terrace of 12 two- storey, three bed, semi-detached houses.

Also includes is a courtyard arrangement with three blocks of three storey, duplex housing units consisting of 15 two-bed, duplex housing units over 15 two-bed, single level housing units.

Access will be via the existing Cherrington Place Road.

The scheme also includes all ancillary site works, bin storage, services and landscaping.
