Ballyhaunis mourns the death of Noreen Caulfield, Carrowkeel

The death of Noreen Caulfield (née Murphy), Carrowkeel, Ballyhaunis, is greatly mourned in the community.

Predeceased by her husband Martin, she is deeply regretted by her family Marcus, John, Mary, Enda and Ruairi, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister, brothers, relatives and friends and wonderful neighbours, to whom sympathy is tendered.

Many lovely tributes have been paid to Noreen on social media where she was described as 'a beautiful lady' and 'a most kind and welcoming person'.

Another tribute stated: “We will always hold very fond memories of Noreen. Carrowkeel won't be the same without her.”

The deceased will be reposing at her home in Carrowkeel from 2 o’clock until 8 o’clock today (Thursday) and tomorrow (Friday) for family, close friends and neighbours (please adhere to Covid-19 restrictions).

Removal takes place on Saturday to arrive at St. Patrick’s Church, Ballyhaunis, for Requiem Mass at 12 o’clock.

Interment takes place afterwards in the local cemetery.
