Mayo cemetery car park entrance in 'deplorable' condition

THE 'deplorable' condition of the entrance to the car park at the new cemetery in Castlebar has been raised by Councillor Ger Deere.

He cited rubble dumped at the car park, which, he said, 'looks tatty'.

“It's not good enough,” he told a Castlebar Municipal District meeting this week.

Councillor Deere has highlighted the issue before and he called for the area to be tidied up.
