Rubbish collection by Mayo volunteers is dumped again in act of blackguardism

BAGS of litter collected by volunteers in Westport were emptied out again overnight.

The blackguardism was commented on by local Councillor Christy Hyland who said volunteers had collected the rubbish and put it in the Tidy Towns bags, which were left for collection.

However, when they came back the following day the bags had all been emptied out again.

"What kind of blackguardism is that?" he asked
