A new era dawns for Ballina's Quay Fitness

BALLINA’S Quay Fitness, the largest personal gym in the west of Ireland, has reopened at its new Ardnaree location.

Owner Paul Ginty is looking forward to welcoming back familiar and not-so-familiar faces for personal training this month, ahead of the anticipated resumption of group training in July.

Speaking on his decision to relocate Quay Fitness from the Quay to Abbey Business Park in Ardnaree, Paul explained: “Moving to Ardnaree was a big decision to make in lockdown, but it made sense, and helps us to meet the ever-growing demand for private and small group training in Mayo.”

With a focus on sports team work, including GAA and rugby, 1:1 personal training and individual sports training, as well as working with youth and school groups, the client base is diverse, yet all come for the same experience - results driven personal and small group training that builds safe and effective training skills, motivation and results.

Paul believes in getting results for his clients, and this has translated into results for his business.

He said: “This business is built on results. My clients, by being motivated to put in the work, get the results they want. My business is grown on the basis of their referrals and recommendations.”

Are you looking for private 1:1 training to build back your fitness or to help you reach your training goals? Quay Fitness is open in Ardnaree for private training from today (Tuesday, June 8).
