Mayo discover their All-Ireland semi-final opponents

Mayo will play Dublin in the All-Ireland SFC semi-final following the Metropolitans' Leinster final victory over Kildare at Croke Park this afternoon.

The semi-final between the Connacht and Leinster champions will be played on Saturday, August 14, at 6 p.m. in Croke Park.

It will be a repeat of last year's All-Ireland SFC final, played at Croke Park in late December, which was won by Dublin on a scoreline of 2-15 to 0-15.

Today, the reigning champions beat Kildare by 0-20 to 1-9 to claim their 11th Leinster title in a row. Mayo's challenge in the semi-final will be to dethrone the six-times-running All-Ireland champions and prevent them reaching their seventh final in a row.

The second semi-final between Munster champions Kerry and Ulster kingpins Tyrone will be played on Sunday, August 15, at 3.30 p.m., also in Croke Park.
