BRÍD SAMMIN, WESTPORT

Bríd Sammin (née Byrne), Thornhill, Lecanvey, Westport, and formerly Ballagh, Menlough, Co. Galway.

Deeply mourned and sadly missed by her loving husband Noel, daughter Mary, sons Donal, Aonghus, and Labhras, brothers Michael and Tom, sisters Una, Kathleen, Noreen and Annmarie, grandchildren, son-in-law Ciarán, daughters-in-law Annemarie, Deirdre, and Sarah, extended Byrne and Sammin Families, cousins, neighbours and many friends.

Mass of Christian Burial took place at St. Patrick's Church, Lecanvey, followed by interment in Murrisk Abbey Cemetery.

NUALA KENNY, BALLYHAUNIS

Nuala Kenny Abbeyquarter, Ballyhaunis and formerly of Lisnamonaghie, Kiltimagh.

Predeceased by her parents John Pake and Mary, brothers John and Martin.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by her Sister Tina Waldron (Ballyhaunis), brothers Frank (England) and Stephen (Kiltimagh), sisters-in-law Kathleen (Ballyvary), Pauline (Kiltimagh), Breda and Kathleen (England), nieces, nephews and extended family.

Mass took place at St. Patrick's Church, Ballyhaunis. Burial afterwards at Kilkinure Cemetery, Kiltimagh.

ANN DONAVAN, SWINFORD

Stonebridge, London and formerly of Lisheenabrone, Swinford.

Predeceased by her son John and parents Mary and Bill McNicholas R.I.P.

Deeply regretted by her loving husband Bill, her loving children Tracey, Anthony, Ann, William and Richard. Brothers, Noel (Galway) and Billy (Swinford), grandchildren, great-grandchildren, large family circle and friends.

Ann's Funeral Mass will take place at 11.30 a.m. on Thursday, August 26, in the Church of the Five Precious Wounds, Stonebridge, London.

Michael Benson, Knockglass, Crossmolina, and formerly of Ballyfarnon, Co. Roscommon.

Predeceased by his son-in-law Eric. Loving husband of Mary (née O'Donoghue) and sadly missed by his children Dervla, Ruth, Michael, Shane, Laura and Brian, their partners and son in law Michael and all of his grandchildren. Remembered fondly by his sisters Dymphna and Dorrie, brothers John and Alan and extended family.

Remains reposing at Hiney's Funeral Home, Crossmolina, this Tuesday evening from 5.30 p.m. until 7 p.m. Requiem Mass in St. Tiernan's Church, Crossmolina on Wednesday at 1 p.m. with burial afterwards in Crossmolina Cemetery.

Predeceased by her husband Patrick and her daughter Philomena Gray. Deeply regretted by her sons Jarlath, (Longford), Walter (Ballyhaunis), Philip (Chicago), sister Jane Freyne (Manchester), daughters-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Donnellan’s Funeral Home, Clare Street, Ballyhaunis on Thursday evening from 6 p.m. until 7.30 p.m. with removal on Friday morning to arrive to St Patrick’s Church, Ballyhaunis for Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. with burial afterwards in the local cemetery. KATHLEEN RICHARDSON, KILTIMAGH

Kathleen Richardson, late of Cordarragh, Kiltimagh and Kilkelly.

Kathleen is predeceased by her parents Daniel and Norah, brother Sean (Kilkelly) and sister Mary (Kiltimagh), brothers-in-law Paddy Byrne and Frank Coppinger.

She will be sadly missed by her sisters Sadie Byrne (Kiltimagh), Noreen (Huddersfield, England), her nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, the extended family, relatives, neighbours, friends, residents and staff of St. Attracta’s Nursing Home.

Reposing at St. Attracta’s Nursing Home, Charlestown, on Thursday evening from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. for family and close friends. Removal on Friday morning (via Kilkelly) at 11.15 a.m. to arrive at the Church of the Holy Family, Kiltimagh, for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Owen O'Grady, Thallabawn, Louisburgh, formerly Preston, Lancashire, England.

Loving husband of the late Betty. Deeply mourned and sadly missed by his daughters Kathleen, Maria, Colette and Shelagh, sons Barry and Owen, sister Kathleen, grandson Christopher, daughter-in-law Deborah, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, neighbours, and many friends.

Funeral cortège will leave her residence on Friday morning at 11 a.m. to arrive at St. Muredach’s Cathedral, Ballina for Requiem Mass at 11:30 a.m. followed by burial in Ballinahaglish Cemetery, Knockmore.
