Predeceased by his wife Ethel and son Christopher. Sadly missed by his loving family , daughter Marie and son Pat, daughter-in-law Marjorie, son-in-law Marty, grandchildren James, Patrick, Michael, Martin, Victoria and Liam, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Removal from the Horkan Funeral Home Charlestown on Thursday morning at 11.15 a.m. to St. James' Church, Carracastle, via Botuney and Barroe arriving for funeral Mass at 12 noon followed by burial in Carracastle Cemetery.

BERTIE DILLON, BALLYHAUNIS

Bertie Dillon, Ard Na Mara, Clogherhead, Co. Louth and formerly of Ballyhaunis.

Bertie, predeceased by his son Garret, beloved husband to Oonagh and loving dad to Linda, Sheena and John. Sadly missed by his loving wife and family, son-in-law Mike, daughters in law Meena and Charlene, grandchildren Jordan, Alex, Cherry, Tori, Caitlin, Danny, Glynn, Christine, Jasmine and Michael, brothers John, Paddy and Frankie, sisters Norrie, Joanie and Hilary, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing in Townley’s Funeral Home, Crosslanes on Tuesday evening from 5 o’clock until 7 o’clock with social distancing to be observed at all times.

BRIDIE DONNELLAN, KNOCK

Bridie Donnellan (née Mulkeen), Ballyhowley, Knock.

Predeceased by her husband John Joe.

Loved and deeply regretted by her heartbroken family, daughters Mary, Carmel, Rita and Teresa, son John, grandchildren Alan, Lisa, Kiera, Rebecca, Karla, Emma, David, Dylan, Rachel, Katelyn and Adam, great-grandson Paddy, sister Teresa (Leonard) brother John (Mulkeen), nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at her home on Tuesday, August 31, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. for family, friends and neighbours. Removal from residence on Wednesday to the Church of St John the Baptist Knock for Mass at 1 p.m., followed by burial afterwards in the local cemetery. Bridie’s funeral Mass will be for family and friends only.

SEAN MCDONNELL, CASTLEBAR

Sean McDonnell better known as Seanie, Cornaveagh, Ballyheane, Castlebar1.

Predeceased by his parents John and Julia nee Derrig and his sister Kathleen (Sr. Josephine, Sisters of Mercy Western Province).

He will be sadly missed by his sister Mary Ansbro (Manulla, Castlebar), brother-in-law Tom, nephew, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Seanie will repose in the Kilcoyne Funeral Home, Thomas Street, Castlebar on Wednesday, September 1, from 10 a.m. with removal at 11.15 a.m. to St. Patrick's Church, Ballyheane arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Afterwards Seanie will be laid to rest with his parents in the adjoining cemetery.

PETER MORAN, WESTPORT

Peter "Pebbles" Moran, Chestnut Grove, Mill Street, Westport.

Predeceased by his wife Paula who died on October 26, 2020, his parents and brother Joe.

Sadly missed by his loving daughters Tiffany and Chloe, grand-daughter Aleeah, Chloe's partner Stephen, sister Keveen, brother Mark, sisters-in-law, relatives and friends.

Mary (Mai) Patten (née Nestor), Knockrickard, Mayo Abbey, Claremorris.

Predeceased by her husband John, brothers Patrick, Tom, Tim, Michael and Brendan, deeply regretted by her sons Eamon and Seamus, daughter-in-law Helena, grandsons Cathal and Dara, sisters-in-law Nan and Patricia, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Removal on Monday from her son Eamon's residence, Knockroe, Mayo Abbey to St. Michael's Church, Taugheen, for requiem Mass at 12 o'clock followed by burial in the old cemetery Taugheen. House strictly private. Mass will be livestreamed on Taugheen Community Facebook page.

May the gentle souls of the deceased rest in peace.
