Mayo manager James Horan has made two changes to his team for tomorrow's All-Ireland final against Tyrone.

Two changes to Mayo side to face Tyrone with Hession and Walsh named to start

Mayo manager James Horan has announced his starting 15 for the All-Ireland final clash against Tyrone at 5 p.m. tomorrow at Croke Park.

Horan has made two changes to the starting team which defeated Dublin in the semi-final, with Enda Hession and Bryan Walsh named to replace Eoghan McLaughlin and Darren McHale respectively.

Aidan O'Shea will captain the team on the day. He starts on the half-forward line.

Mayo and Tyrone have met on five previous occasions in the championship, the first time in the 1989 semi-final and most recently in the 2016 quarterfinal. All of their games have been played in Croke Park.

Mayo have four wins (1989 semi-final, 2004 quarterfinal, 2013 semi-final and 2016 quarterfinal), while Tyrone's sole championship win over Mayo came in 2008 in a round three qualifier. The counties have never met previously in a All-Ireland final.

Three Mayo players will be making their seventh appearance in an All-Ireland final - Lee Keegan, Aidan O'Shea and Kevin McLoughlin. They all played in the 2012, 2013, 2016 (draw and replay), 2017 and 2020 finals. They will thus equal the record of Keith Higgins, who played in the 2004, '06, '12, '13, '16 (draw and replay) and 17 finals.

The game will be shown live on RTÉ and Sky Sports. It will also be broadcast live on Midwest Radio with commentary with Michael D. McAndrew and Martin Carney.

The selected Mayo starting team is as follows: Rob Hennelly; Padraig O'Hora, Lee Keegan, Michael Plunkett; Paddy Durcan, Stephen Coen, Enda Hession; Matthew Ruane, Conor Loftus; Diarmuid O'Connor, Aidan O'Shea, Bryan Walsh; Kevin McLoughlin, Tommy Conroy, Ryan O'Donoghue.

Manager: James Horan. Selectors: Ciaran McDonald, Martin Lally, Tom Higgins and James Burke.

The Tyrone team has also been named and lines out as follows: Niall Morgan; Michael McKernan, Ronan McNamee, Padraig Hampsey; Frank Burns, Peter Harte, Kieran McGeary; Brian Kennedy, Conn Kilpatrick; Conor Meyler, Michael O'Neill, Niall Sludden; Darren McCurry, Matthew Donnelly, Conor McKenna.
