MAUREEN BRENNAN, BANGOR ERRIS

The death has occurred of Maureen Brennan (née Gaughan), Martry, Kells, Co. Meath and a native of Rathmorgan, Bangor Erris.

Deeply loved and missed by her devoted husband Patsy, sons and daughters James, Gillian, Patrick, Karen, Damian and Gerard, adoring grandchildren, brothers and sisters, and her many dear friends.

May her gentle soul rest in peace and may she feel the full embrace of her beautiful Alannah.

Reposing at her home from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. on Monday. House private at all other times. RÓISÍN BUSTEED, HOLLYMOUNT

Róisín Busteed (née Ryan), Salthill, Galway, formerly Barna, Co. Galway and Hollymount. Róisín passed away peacefully at Caiseal Geal Nursing Home.

Predeceased by her husband Brendan. Dearly loved mother of Órla and Nessa. Mourned and sadly missed by her daughters, sons-in-law Rodney Daunt and Michael Boyle, grandchildren Sonia, Ruth, Christian and Gregory, sister Mary Barry, brothers Brendan, Donagh and Eoghan, nephews, nieces and extended family and friends.

Reposing at the ‘Cillín’ within the Church of Mary Immaculate Queen, Barna, on Monday, 18th October, from 5.30 p.m. with removal at 6.30 p.m. to the Church. Requiem Mass on Tuesday, 19th October at 12 noon. Funeral after Mass to Rahoon Cemetery.

Anne Martin (née Kinneavy), Lackafinna, Cong, and formerly Ard Na Gaoithe, Cong, Co. Galway, October 15, 2021.

Predeceased by her parents John and Kitty Kinneavy. Survived by her loving husband Noel, sons Darrell and Dalian, sisters Mary, Kathleen, Patricia, brothers Martin and Gerard, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Paddy Cunningham, October 15, 2021, Ballynew, Turlough Road, Castlebar, peacefully.

Predeceased by his parents Mary and Michael and sister Breege. Deeply regretted by his loving family, sister Maura Sheridan (Aughagower), niece Ruth and partner Philip, grandnephew Oisín, grandniece Elle, brothers-in-law, Michael and PJ, cousins, neighbours, relatives and friends.

The death has occurred of John [Sean the runner] Dooner, Clare Court, Ballyhaunis and formerly of Lislea, Keenagh, Co. Longford in the tender loving care of the staff at Ave Maria Nursing Home, Tooreen.

Deeply regretted by his brother Gerry, sister Bridie, partner Ann, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Donnellan’s Funeral Home, Clare Street, Ballyhaunis, on Monday morning from 9.30 a.m. with removal at 10.20 a.m. to arrive to St Dominick's Church, Keenagh, for funeral Mass at 12 noon with burial afterwards in the local cemetery.

MICHAEL GALLAGHER, CARRACASTLE

Michael Gallagher, Palmfield Upper, Carracastle, Co. Roscommon, October 16th, 2021 (Peacefully) at the Mayo Hospice.

Pre-deceased by his sister Phil, niece Siobhán and infant grandson Oisín.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by his family - his wife Margaret, son Richard, daughters Fiona, Áine and Paula, niece Caroline, his eight grandchildren, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Michael will repose in his home on Monday from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m.. House private thereafter. Removal on Tuesday to St. James’ Church, Carracastle arriving for Funeral Prayers at 12 noon, followed by interment in Carracastle Cemetery.

Martin Geraghty (better known Mairtín Tommy), Blacksod, Belmullet, peacefully at the Aras Deirbhle Nursing Home, Belmullet on 16th October 2021.

Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Margaret and sisters Julia and Mary. He will be sadly missed by his heartbroken family, sisters Kathleen, Margaret, Bridget and Ann, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Funeral will repose at McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet on Monday evening from 5 o'clock until 6.30 with funeral arriving at the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes, Aughleam at 8 o'clock. Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 11 o'clock followed by burial in Faulmore Cemetery.

The death has occurred of John Monaghan, Ardhoom, Meelick, Swinford, and formerly of Johnstown, Killulagh, Delvin, Co. Westmeath on 15th October 2021, peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff of Mayo Hospice, Castlebar, surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents, Richard and Mary, his wife Doreen, brothers Danny, Richie and Larry and his sister Marion.

He will be sadly missed by his partner Judith, sister Teresa Core (Mullingar), sister-in-law Maureen, nephews, nieces, grand nephews, grand nieces, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

John will repose at Kilcoyne's Funeral Home, Thomas Street, Castlebar, on Wednesday, October 20, from 10 a.m. with removal at 11 a.m. to St. Luke's Church, Meelick, Swinford via Old Castle Gates and Meelick Community Centre arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 noon followed by removal to Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Road, Cavan, arriving for service at 4 p.m.
