Anne Loftus, 1st November 1, 2021, 8 Lower Charles Street, Castlebar, peacefully in the loving care of the staff in Mayo University Hospital.

Predeceased by her parents Mary and Michael and her brother Joseph. Deeply regretted by her loving sister Marian, sister-in-law Mary, nieces, Teresa and Michelle, nephew Michael, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Remains reposing at her residence this Thursday morning at 11.30 a.m., with removal at 12.30 p.m. to the Church of The Holy Rosary, Castlebar for Funeral Mass at 1 p.m., Anne will be laid to rest afterwards in Balla Cemetery.

Oliver Ryan of McCormack's Estate, Castlebar and formerly of Crossboyne, Claremorris, Youghal, Co. Cork and London. Died peacefully at the Mayo Hospice Castlebar.

He will be sadly missed by his sons Rory, Kevin and Oliver, brother Mick Youghal, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Gilligan’s Funeral Home Market Square, Claremorris on Wednesday evening 6 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. (Walk through only, no hand shaking please) followed by a committal service at Shannon Crematorium on Friday at 1p.m.

ITA SARSFIELD, CASTLEBAR

Ita Sarsfield (née Quinn), November 2, 2021, Thornwood, Ballinrobe Road, Castlebar, peacefully in the kind and loving care of Cuan Chaitríona Nursing Home, Castlebar.

Predeceased by her husband Joe, brother Pat, and sister Eileen. Ita will be very sadly missed by her loving children Patrick, Ann, Ronan and Helen; grandchildren Jane, Charlie, Rob, Shelley, Ella, Olivia and Isabel; great-grandchildren Teagan and Rhys; sons-in-law Eamon and John; daughter-in-law Irma, nieces, nephew, relatives, neighbours and friends.

The death has occurred in London, England, of Mary Brazil (née McNeela) formerly of Derreens, Achill, October 24, 2021 following a short illness.

She will be sadly missed by her loving husband Simon, sons Paul and Stephen, daughter-in-law Lydia and cherished granddaughters Nettie and Molly, brother, kevin (Achill) sisters in law, brothers-in-law, nephews, niece, relatives and a large circle of friends

KATHLEEN CAREY, BELMULLET

Kathleen Carey, better known as Kate (née Lavelle), Corclough West, Belmullet, and formerly of Aughadoone, Belmullet and London peacefully at the Belmullet Community Hospital on October 31, 2021.

Predeceased by her husband Jim, parents Ned and Sarah, brother Thomas and sister Mary Carey. Beloved mother to Eddie, Seán and Paul. She will be sadly missed by her heartbroken family – daughters-in-law Marian, Yvonne and Sharon, her ten adored grandchildren, brother Owen, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.

Danny Einav, Ballintubber, Claremorris, Native of Slovakia and formerly of Israel. Peacefully, in the wonderful care of Mayo University Hospital.

John Maye, Ballinchalla, The Neale, passed away, peacefully, in the loving arms of his family, in Mayo General Hospital, November 1, 2021.

John, beloved husband of Teresa (née Durcan), cherished father of Fidelma, Deirdre, Sean and Bernadette, adoring grandad to Meara, Leo, Rhea, Amelia, Aaron and Rosin. Sadly missed by his loving family, brothers and sisters, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives, dear friends and neighbours.

Reposing in Burke's Funeral Home, Clonbur, on Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. (leaving family home at 4 p.m. via Lough Mask school road and Cong sawmill).

Funeral Mass in Saint John The Baptist Church, The Neale, on Thursday at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Ballinchalla Cemetery.
