BRENDA COWLEY, CASTLEBAR
Brenda Cowley (née Hayes), Rathbawn Road, Castlebar and formerly of Monard, Whitechurch, Co. Cork. Peacefully in the wonderful care of The Galway Clinic.
Predeceased by her husband Walter. Deeply regretted by her loving sons David (Drogheda) and Peter (North Carolina U.S), sister Rita Kelly (Cork), grandchildren Gavin and Ava Grace, daughters-in-law Carmel and Diane, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Rest In Peace Brenda.
Reposing at the Coady Funeral Home on Wednesday morning at 10 a.m. with removal at 11 a.m. to The Church of The Holy Rosary for Requiem Mass at 11:30 a.m. Funeral afterwards to Leigue Cemetery, Ballina.

IRENE DUFFY, BALLINA
The death has occurred of Irene Duffy (formerly married to Donal O'Brien, ex Aer Lingus) BMus, MDiv (Franciscan Priory, Tallaght). Originally from Ballina, then Sutton, Co Dublin, Firhouse, Dublin 24 and in later years, returning to Ballina. She passed peacefully in the tender care of the staff of Mount Pleasant Nursing Home, Kilcock, Co Kildare, following a difficult battle with Alzheimer's.
Formerly of Bayside parish church choir and The Good Neighbours organisation, Mount Argus Youth Services, Firhouse Parish youth services, Ballina Adult Literature, Ballina Churches Together. She will be missed and survived by her children Maresa and Donal, grandchildren, Jack, Sarah, David and Michaela, her sisters Marie, Pauline and Joan and her brother Fr. Patrick Duffy C.P.
A memorial Mass will be said at Mount Argus church, Harold's Cross, on Friday, November 12, at 12 noon.
MICK GERAGHTY, WESTPORT

Sadly missed by his loving wife Grace and loving daughter Catherine, sisters Mary Kerrigan (Mullingar), Josie Heavey (Leitrim) brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Michael Donnelly, Streatham Hill, London, suddenly, on November 6, 2021.
Predeceased by his parents Bernard (Armagh) and Margaret (née Coyle) (Tallagh, Ballycroy and Doolough, Geesala). Beloved brother of Madge McKinney (London) and dear uncle of Margaret Rose, Teresa, Claire and Fiona. He will be sadly missed by his heartbroken family – brother-in-law Tony, uncles Henry Joe Coyle (Chicago, U.S.A.), Pat Coyle (Birmingham), Willie Coyle (London), John Coyle (Chicago, U.S.A.), Noel Coyle (Geesala) and Gerry Coyle (Doolough, Geesala), aunts Ann Carroll (Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon), Mary Conway (Manchester) and Agnes Carey (Bargor Erris), uncles-in-law, aunts-in-law, cousins, relatives, his colleagues and listeners at Cross Erris T.V. and many friends in Ireland and the U.K.

Remains will repose at McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet, on Tuesday evening from 6pm until 8pm with the funeral arriving at St. Colmcille’s Church, Geesala, at 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 1 p.m., followed by burial in Geesala Cemetery.
