Launch of Bizzy Breaks programme for Mayo school children

Hundreds of Mayo primary school children can now boost their exercise levels and improve their Irish at the same time through a free national programme.

The Bizzy Breaks programme was developed in response to research showing that just 13% of children meet National Physical Activity Guidelines of at least 60 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous exercise daily.
